Daresbury Hall
Daresbury hall is a former stateley home built in 1759 for George Heron. It was built in georgian style using brown bricks and stone dressings. During world war 2 it was converted for use as a military hospital. During later years it was used as a residential home for handicapped persons ran by a charity which is now known as scope. The grade 2 listed building is now used as a zombie paintballing facility and is in a sorry state of disrepair.
